Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders over €69.99, for lower amounts it amounts to €5.
For orders placed with cash on delivery, regardless of reaching the threshold of €69.99, the cost of this service depends on the province of delivery:
Naples and province: free
Caserta, Avellino, Benevento and Salerno: €2 extra
For other areas of Italy: €5 extra
Delivery of goods and acceptance
The shipment is carried out by divacalzature.it and entrusted to Liccardi Trasporti within 2 (two) working days from the moment in which the consumer receives the order confirmation email (which, as mentioned, is sent once the purchase procedure has been completed).
All orders for the rest of Italy will be regularly shipped from our offices from Monday to Friday and delivered within 48 working hours.
DIVA CALZATURE undertakes to do everything in its power to respect the delivery times, which it reserves the right to indicate at the time of shipment of the product (if the customer requests it), and in any case, within 30 (thirty) working days.
In the event of failure to execute the order, divacalzature.it reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with causes of force majeure occur.
If the packaging or wrapping of the products ordered should arrive at their destination clearly damaged, the buyer is invited to refuse delivery by the carrier/shipper or to accept delivery "with reservation".

Shipping costs, duties and taxes
The price of the products, as indicated in the conditions of sale, is the one indicated on the divacalzature.it website at the time the order is placed by the buyer. Prices include standard packaging costs, VAT (where applicable) and any indirect taxes (where applicable).
Shipping costs will be indicated when the order is placed. If the products are to be delivered to a country outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order and confirmed in the order confirmation is inclusive of indirect taxes and net of any customs duties and any other sales tax that the buyer hereby undertakes to pay, if due, in addition to the price indicated in the order and confirmed in the order confirmation, in accordance with the provisions of the law of the country in which the products will be delivered. The user/buyer is invited to obtain information from the competent authorities of their country of residence or destination of the products, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied in the country of residence or destination of the products.
The buyer's lack of knowledge of the above costs, charges, duties, taxes and/or charges at the time of sending an order to the seller, shall not constitute a reason for termination of the contract and shall in no way constitute a source of charge for the aforementioned charges to the seller.
Returns
Standard procedure
The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract, without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery of the product; in the case of purchase (with a single order) of multiple products delivered separately, from when the last product was delivered. The consumer will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:
– Access your order history and choose the order for which you want to make change;
– Select the product(s) you wish to return;
– make sure that the items to be returned are intact, including their boxes;
– remember that shipping costs are at your expense;

IF IT IS MORE CONVENIENT FOR YOU, YOU CAN DELIVER THE PACKAGE DIRECTLY TO OUR OFFICES, AT THE ADDRESS INDICATED FOR SHIPPING.
It is reiterated that the risks and direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the consumer, unless the product is not returned because it was received damaged. Only in this last case (damaged product) will the costs be borne by DIVA CALZATURE, and without prejudice to any subsequent verification regarding the causes of the damage suffered by the product. If the returned goods are worn, damaged (for example with signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, deformations, necklines, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including labels and any other attached elements), the original packaging and wrapping, DIVA CALZATURE reserves the right not to proceed with the refund.
DIVA CALZATURE will be forced to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or returns of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received. THE COSTS of returning the product will be CHARGED TO THE PURCHASER.
DIVA CALZATURE will refund ONLY the price of the goods purchased on the site, and therefore the SHIPPING COSTS will be DEDUCTED from the amount paid for the purchase.

REFUND TERMS
DIVA CALZATURE will proceed to make the refund within 14 (fourteen) days - from the moment it is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice to the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received and subject to verification of the same. Said refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase by the consumer, so for purchases made with Paypal or Scalapay you will have to indicate the email used for payment, while, for purchases made using the cash on delivery payment method or by credit/debit card, the refund will be made by bank transfer, to the bank details you provided when filling out the return form.
