CHANGES:
You can choose to change part or all of your order, only and exclusively through the following procedures:
Contact us on WhatsApp at 348.8198626 to request a reservation with one of our couriers who will handle the exchange (the courier will collect the package to be exchanged and deliver the new one).
– The cost of this service is €5 for Naples and its province, €7 for Caserta, Benevento, Avellino, and Salerno.
It is possible to exchange the package in person at our offices ( Asia Srl – Via Nicola Romeo 3 – 80125 Naples ) or, upon authorization via WhatsApp request to the number 3488198626 , also in any DIVA store, with the exception of the stores located at Auchan Mugnano and Le Bolle Eboli .

RETURNS :
You can choose to return part or all of your order, only and exclusively through the following procedures:
– fill out the form below in its entirety;
After completing the return form, you can contact us on WhatsApp at 348.8198626 to request a courier pickup.
– The cost of this service is €5 for Naples and its province, €7 for Caserta, Benevento, Avellino, and Salerno.
You can choose to return the package in person, always and only at our offices, Asia Srl – Via Nicola Romeo 3 – 80125 Naples.

RETURNS ITALY
For the rest of Italy, you can return items using the following procedure:
– fill out the form below in its entirety;
– check receipt of the return confirmation email;
– make sure that the items to be returned are intact, including their boxes;
– remember that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;

Remember to always keep your shipping receipt. The receipt will be useful for proving shipment and tracking the delivery of the returned goods.
