In-store or on-site collection is a service we offer free to those who want to collect their order in person.

COLLECTION ON SITE

You can collect your order within 5 working days from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 16.30.

Payment can be made in cash in person upon delivery of the package or in advance by credit card or PayPal, or in installments with Scalapay.

COLLECT IN STORE

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 4:00 pm can be collected the following day at 1:00 pm at the store selected at the time of ordering. Orders placed on Friday can be collected from 1:00 pm on the following Monday.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday can be collected from 1.00 pm on the following Tuesday.

Payment can only be made in advance by Credit Card or PayPal, or in installments with Scalapay.
