Shipping, returns and exchanges

Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders over €89; for smaller amounts, it is €5.90.
For cash-on-delivery orders, regardless of whether the €89 threshold is met, there is an extra charge of €5.

Delivery and acceptance of goods
Shipping is carried out by divacalzature.it and entrusted to Liccardi Trasporti within 2 (two) working days from the moment the consumer receives the order confirmation email (which, as stated, is sent once the purchase procedure is completed).

All orders for the rest of Italy will be regularly shipped from our offices from Monday to Friday and delivered within 48 working hours.

DIVA CALZATURE commits to doing everything in its power to meet delivery times, which it reserves the right to indicate at the time of product shipment (if the customer requests it), and in any case, within 30 (thirty) working days.

In case of non-execution of the order, divacalzature.it reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events of force majeure occur.

Should the packaging or wrapping of the ordered products arrive at their destination visibly damaged, the buyer is invited to refuse delivery by the carrier/shipper or to accept delivery "with reservations."

Shipping costs, duties and taxes

The price of the products, as indicated in the terms of sale, is that shown on the divacalzature.it website at the time the buyer places the order. Prices include standard packaging costs, VAT (where applicable), and any indirect taxes (where applicable).

Shipping costs will be indicated when the order is placed. If the products are to be delivered to a country outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order and reiterated in the order confirmation includes indirect taxes and is net of any customs duties and any other sales taxes that the buyer undertakes from now on to pay, if due, in addition to the price indicated in the order and confirmed in the order confirmation, as provided by the legal provisions of the country where the products will be delivered. The user/buyer is invited to inquire with the competent bodies in their country of residence or destination of the products, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied in the country of residence or destination of the products.

The buyer's lack of knowledge of the above costs, charges, duties, taxes, and/or fees at the time of sending an order to the seller cannot constitute a cause for termination of the contract and cannot in any way constitute a source for charging the aforementioned costs to the seller.

Returns
Standard Procedure
The consumer is granted the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery of the product; in the case of purchasing (with a single order) multiple products delivered separately, from when the last product was delivered. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the consumer.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

– Access your order history and select the order for which you wish to make a return;
– Select the product(s) you wish to return;
– ensure that the items to be returned are intact, including their box;
– remember that shipping costs are at your expense;

It is reiterated that the direct risks and costs of returning the products will be borne by the consumer, unless the product is being returned because it arrived damaged. Only in this latter case (damaged product) will the costs be borne by DIVA CALZATURE, and subject to any subsequent verification regarding the causes of the damage suffered by the product. If the returned goods are worn, damaged (for example, with signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, deformations, unglued parts, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including labels and any other annexed elements), or original packaging, DIVA CALZATURE reserves the right not to proceed with the refund. 

DIVA CALZATURE will be forced to refuse returns communicated or reshipped late, or returns of products that are not in the same condition in which they were received. The costs of returning the product will be borne by the buyer.

DIVA CALZATURE will ONLY refund the price of the goods purchased on the site, and therefore, the shipping costs will be DEDUCTED from the amount incurred for the purchase.

REFUND METHODS

DIVA CALZATURE will proceed with the refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment it is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice to the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received and verified. Said refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer at the time of purchase. Therefore, for purchases made with Paypal or Scalapay, you will need to provide the email used for payment, while for purchases made via cash on delivery or with a credit/debit card, the refund will be made via bank transfer, to the bank details you provide when filling out the return form.
