EXCHANGES:
You can choose to exchange part or all of your order, only through the following procedures:
You can exchange the package in person at our office (Asia Srl – Via Nicola Romeo 3 – 80125 Naples) or at any DIVA store, with the exception of stores located in Auchan Mugnano, Auchan Giugliano, Sorrento, and Le Bolle Eboli, with prior authorization via WhatsApp request to 3488198626

RETURNS:
You can choose to return part or all of your order, only through the following procedures:
– Log in to your account https://account.divacalzature.it
– Select the order with the product(s) to be returned
– Communicate your intention to return the product(s) to our logistics department via WhatsApp request to 3488198626
– Send the product to our headquarters
